SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. The instrument for ablation of tissue, especially the mucous membrane, has a first gas supply line with a first electrode at least partially located therein, and a second gas supply line with a second electrode at least partially located therein. The first gas supply line and the second gas supply line are located relative to each other in such a way that the distal end of the first gas supply line and the distal end of the second gas supply line form an acute angle so that the gas supply lines diverge from their distal ends in the distal direction. There is a free space between the distal end of the first gas supply line and the distal end of the second gas supply line that provides the ability to monitor the area of the tool impact in front of the distal ends of the gas supply lines between the ends of the gas supply lines. The connecting element, the ablation system and the method of tissue ablation have been disclosed.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring continuous and reliable treatment, as well as eliminating unwanted heat load on the tissue during the entire treatment process.
