FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: declared group of inventions can be used for treating inflammation related conditions, such as atopic dermatitis and/or psoriasis. Pharmaceutical composition for topical application contains from 0.1 % wt/wt up to 2 % wt/wt 5-(4-cyanophenoxy)-1,3-dihydro-1-hydroxy-2,1-benzoxaborol of its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate, or solvate; from 6 % wt/wt up to 10 % wt/wt propylene glycol USP; 0.1 wt/wt butylated hydroxytoluene; 0.0035 % wt/wt calcium edetate disodium; 7 % wt/wt mono- and diglycerides of NF; 5 % wt/wt paraffin wax and 76.8965 % wt/wt white petrolatum. Group of inventions also relates to a method for reducing the release of cytokine and/or chemokine, involving contacting cells with said pharmaceutical composition, as well as to a method of treating an inflammation related condition, particularly psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher stability of the pharmaceutical composition and improved penetration of the active substance through the skin.
