SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Method of separate long-term storage of construction and recovery materials and structures for reconstruction of railway transport facilities consists in the fact that close to the existing facilities there is an even horizontal site for storage of some of these objects. Along the perimeter of the platform, reinforced concrete blocks in the form of a cube with a metal loop are installed into the ground. Upper face of the block is level with the ground. In the center of the platform, materials and structures are installed on the pads, and a waterproofing material and an assembled network consisting of flexible elements and crosses in the form of a metal square sheet with rounded corners, bent at one side to the center of the base, are placed on them, thus forming beads. Between the boards there are identical slots for laying elements in the form of a cable with tips in the form of metal balls. Element in the slot is retained by the beads behind the tip. All elements and spiders are identical. Distance between centers of two crosspieces connected by one element is equal to distance between hinges of blocks. Network is fixed to the loops by ties from a metal rod with external thread. Along the rod center there is a hexagon. Thread on rod on opposite sides of hexagon has different direction. Two cylinders having threaded holes engage with rod thread. Grip in the form of a bent metal sheet is rigidly fixed to one of the cylinders; the gripper has beads and slots between them and the elements of the spider are attached to the other, and a hook is attached to the other. Network is assembled and covered with materials and structures covered with waterproofing material. Edges of each tie are rotated along the perimeter of the network edge to the loop; in that direction, the gripper and hook are tightened to tighten the network. Then, in each brace, the thread is broken mechanically by means of points preventing rotation of the rod to increase the distance between the grip and the hook.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of restoration works.
