SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Method of separate long-term storage, loading, transportation and unloading of wooden structures of rectangular cross-section for railway facilities consists in fact that trench is arranged near active railway facilities. Wooden structures of rectangular cross-section are formed into bags and placed in trench. Reinforced concrete slabs are installed on the walls of the trench completely covering the trench from above, at the same time roofing waterproofing material is installed on top of reinforced concrete slabs. Each wooden structure of rectangular cross-section before its laying on isolated long-term storage is treated with a protective device, which prevents deterioration of properties of the structure with time, and completely is put into a sealed package of polymer material, from which subsequently air is pumped out. On both sides of each wooden structure of rectangular section above package, near the transverse cut of wooden structure, one rubber ring is fixedly fixed. To form each package, wooden structures of rectangular section are first laid on two lower supports, each of which is a cross member in the form of a narrow sheet of metal. Along edges each crossbar has on each holder attached by means of axis to crossbar. Through the blocks of holders of each lower support in each packet the cable is routed so that it envelopes the upper row of wooden structures of rectangular cross-section by the shortest distance and approaches to these blocks from the side of transverse cuts of wooden structures laid in the package, and, having passed the blocks, leaves the other side. Formed loops of each stack installed in the trench are arranged on top of the pack and are tightened together by a metal cord. Wooden structures of rectangular cross-section are immersed by means of hoisting machines by means of packs, catching the packet by slings by loops previously released from metal cord, are transported and unloaded also in packages.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of restoration works in case of elimination of consequences of accidents, catastrophes and other emergency situations, leading to destruction of railway facilities, significant reduction of time and labour intensity of preparation and delivery of wooden structures of rectangular section to installation points.
