FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method allowing to provide a separate long-term, i.e. for a long period of time, not requiring maintenance and, at the same time, providing safe storage of round-section wooden structures near railway facilities. Method of separate long-term storage, loading, transportation and unloading of round-section wooden structures for railway facilities, consists in the fact that near the existing railway facilities the trench is arranged, and products formed into packages are wooden structures of round section, and each round cross-section wooden construction before its deposition into separate long-term storage is treated with protective device, preventing deterioration of properties of structure with time and completely put into sealed package of polymer material, from which subsequently pumped air, at that, on top of the package in the middle of the wooden structure, a label with data on the wooden structure is rigidly fixed, besides, on both sides of each round cross-section wooden structure over the package, near the transverse cut of the wooden structure, one rubber ring is fixedly fixed, each of which with an inner diameter is less than the diameter of the round cross-section wooden structure, wherein inner diameter of ring can be increased by extension of ring, and to form each package, wooden structures of circular cross-section are first laid on two supports, each of which is a cross member in the form of a narrow metal sheet, the length of which is greater than the diameter of the wooden structures, and at the edges each crossbar has one cartridge, each of which is movably by means of the holder axis is attached to the crossbeam, besides between the races on each crosspiece along its entire length there is a rubber pad, and each cartridge is a housing in the form of U-shaped article from metal sheet, in which between parallel fragments of sheet is movably on unit axis is arranged unit, in addition, below axis of unit there is an axis of support, on which a stop is movably arranged, which is an elongated metal article, one end of which is located on the axis of the stop, at the same time the other end of the stop under action of the untwisted torsion spring rests against the trough of the unit and thus can prevent movement of the cable around the block in one direction, and to the housing element, connecting parallel walls, the cartridge axis is rigidly fixed, at that, wooden structures of round cross-section are arranged on supports between races of transverse rows, one row on another, and each subsequent row on one wooden structure is less than previous, and through all blocks of holders in each packet is routed cable ends of which are connected, wherein racks occupy such position, at which the supports of each holder of each support are directed to the appropriate stops of the adjacent support frames being an element of the same package, at the same time the rope length is greater than the perimeter of the first row of wooden structures of round cross-section, and two gaskets are laid on top of the structure formed by rows of wooden structures of the round section of the structure across the structures, each of which is a rubber strip which is wider than the diameter of the rope, wherein each gasket is installed opposite the holders of one of the supports such that the longitudinal axis of the spacer is in the same plane with the axes of rotation of those races, and after that, each cable fragment located between the cages of one support is laid on the corresponding gasket, and each fragment of the cable between the cages of different supports of one package is simultaneously stretched as long as the cable fragments located in the spacers do not fix the wooden structures of the round section on the supports, and the cable fragments, located between supports of different supports of one package are folded over rows of wooden structures in package, at that, on the formed packet, a plate with information on package contents and its intended purpose, as well as on methods of slinging, loading, transportation and unloading of package, wooden structures of round section are immersed by means of hoisting machines with packages.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing separate storage, loading, transportation and unloading of wooden structures of round section, faster recovery operations in case of elimination of consequences of accidents, accidents and other emergency situations.
