FIELD: railway construction.
SUBSTANCE: storage of parts of the upper structure of the railway track, in particular methods for the isolated long-term storage of rail-sleeper lattice elements on reinforced concrete sleepers. Several packages of reinforced concrete sleepers with the same number of tiers are formed on one horizontal axis on a flat surface. Each package is placed on wooden linings. Linings are also placed between the tiers. Between the tiers, through all the packages, on each middle platform of the reinforced concrete sleeper, rails are placed with the sole down. Two identical cables are placed on top of each package in tension. One end of each cable is connected to one of two cargo loops of one reinforced concrete block, the other end - to one of two cargo loops of another block. The blocks are placed under a layer of soil in pits located on opposite sides of the package. The cables run along the package along the middle platforms of reinforced concrete sleepers. The distance between the loops of one reinforced concrete block is greater than the length of the middle platform of the reinforced concrete sleeper. On each cable closer to the ends there are two inserts in the form of a compression spring. The packages relative to each other are placed evenly along the entire length of the rails located between the tiers.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of restoration work.
