SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of general formula (I), in which V-U is a carbon-carbon single bond, and Y is a hydroxyl group or a hydrogen atom, or V-U is C=C ethylene bond; X is selected from an oxygen atom; N-OR5 group, where R5 is selected from: a hydrogen atom; C1-C6 alkyl group; or (C1-C6 alkyl)CO2R6 group, in which R6 can represent a hydrogen atom or C1-C6 alkyl group; and in which: Q is a carbonyl group; R1 is selected from: (C1-C6 alkyl)W(C1-C6 alkyl) group, optionally substituted with OH group; (C1-C6 alkyl)W(C1-C6 alkyl)W(C1-C6 alkyl) groups; (C1-C6 alkyl)W(C1-C6 alkyl)CO2(C1-C6 alkyl) groups; (C1-C6 alkyl)A group, A is a heterocycle selected from morpholinyl, piperazinyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl, wherein said heterocycle is optionally substituted with a group of type OH, OMe, (C1-C6 alkyl), optionally substituted with OH, N (C1-C6 alkyl) or CO2(C1-C6 alkyl); W is a heteroatom selected from NCH3, O and S. Invention also relates to an intermediate compound, individual compounds.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining novel compounds of general formula (I), which are capable of inhibiting myostatin and stimulating protein synthesis by phosphorylation of S6K1 protein.
