SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to production of specialized food products of dietary alimentation. Dietary cream semi-product is characterized by that it includes fat phase, content of which is 10–39 wt%, represented by vegetable oils, milk and / or vegetable protein, natural sweeteners, water and food fibers, such as beta-glucan and / or inulin and / or arabinogalactan in amount of 1–10 g per 100 kcal of semi-product.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the dietary cream semi-product indices, reduce the caloric content of the cream semi-product, increase its nutritive value, and also allows to use the obtained product for feeding people suffering from diabetes and obesity.
