FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: fat-and-oil product for functional alimentation, characterized by that it does not contain trans-isomer fatty acids and cholesterol, with fat content of 60–85 %, fat phase of which has a melting point of not more than 36 °C and consists of vegetable oils, with content of saturated fatty acids in it of less than 50 % of the sum of fatty acids and omega-3 fatty acids of not less than 0.1 g per 100 kcal product, wherein the product contains fat-soluble vitamins A, D3 and E at the following ratio: (10–600):1:(100–3,100) respectively, but not less than 15 % of the daily physiological requirement for each of vitamins per 100 kcal of the product.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the fat-and-oil product indices, as well as to expand the range of fat-and-oil products of functional purpose.
