FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronics and can be used in microelectronic signal processing systems, particularly in precision CMOS amplifiers, integrators, comparators and analogue-to-digital converters. Delivered target is achieved by the fact that in CMOS amplifier with chopper stabilization, including CMOS output cascade and input cascode amplifier with differential input and outputs, in which inputs of amplifier are connected through input cross-switch to gates of at least one pair of input transistors, outputs of cascode part with n-channel transistors are connected through first output cross-key to gate of n-channel transistor of output stage, outputs of the cascode part with the p-channel transistors are connected through the second output cross-switch to the gate of the p-channel transistor of the output stage, the input amplifier has two pairs of calibration inputs, wherein the first pair of calibration inputs is connected to drain of one of pairs of input transistors, and the second pair of calibration inputs is connected to outputs of one of output cross-switches.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of bias voltage, its temperature and time drift, as well as reduction of level of low-frequency noise CMOS amplifiers and circuits based thereon.
