FIELD: electronics; microelectronic systems for analog signal processing, analog-to-digital data conversion, and development of precision complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor amplifiers and voltage comparators.

SUBSTANCE: proposed amplifier incorporating output CMOS amplifier and input differential cascade amplifier has input cross switch inserted in gate circuit of input transistors for switching paired gates of input transistors directly or crosswise with respect to inverting and noninverting inputs of amplifier, as well as output cross switches inserted in gate circuits of second pairs of cascade transistors designed for switching paired drains of second transistor pairs of cascade directly or crosswise with respect to gates of output amplifier transistors and paired drains of second pairs of cascade transistors directly or indirectly with respect to gates of output amplifier transistors and to gates of first pairs of cascade transistors. Output cross switches can be also inserted in source circuits of second pairs of cascade transistors.

EFFECT: reduced input zero bias voltage, temperature and time drift of input zero bias voltage, and low-frequency noise level of complement metal-oxide-semiconductor amplifiers.
