FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used in the structure of various analog interfaces based on operational amplifiers (op-amps). The input stage of a high-speed operational amplifier with a "bent" class AB cascode additionally contains the first (14) and second (15) additional transistor three-poles. The control output of the first (14) additional transistor three-terminal network is connected to the first output of the second (13) current-stabilizing two-terminal network. The current output of the first (14) additional transistor three-pole is connected to the first (16) additional current output of the device. The injection terminal of the first (14) additional transistor three-terminal network is connected to the injection terminal of the first (8) transistor three-terminal network. The control output of the second (15) additional transistor three-pole is connected to the first output of the first (12) current-stabilizing two-terminal. The current output of the second (15) additional transistor three-pole is connected to the second (17) additional current output of the device. The injection terminal of the second (15) additional transistor three-pole is connected to the injection terminal of the second (9) transistor three-pole. The control output of the first (8) transistor three-pole connected to the first (4) current output of the input differential amplifier (1). The control output of the second (9) transistor three-pole is connected to the second (5) current output of the input differential amplifier (1).
EFFECT: increasing the maximum slew rate (SR) of the op-amp and ADC drivers based on them.
