SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the ability of autologous CD133+ bone marrow-derived stem cells (BMDSC) to induce endometrial regeneration and treating endometrial pathologies, such as Asherman's syndrome and endometrial atrophy.
EFFECT: invention represents effective methods for induction of endometrial regeneration, which involve administering an effective amount of autologous CD133+ bone marrow-derived stem cells (BMDSC) in an uterine artery in an individual in need thereof for induction of endometrial regeneration.
