METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF WHOLE-CUT INTERNAL FASTENER OF PRODUCTS OF BLOUSES-ASSORTMENT Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A41D1/18

Abstract RU 2725038 C1

FIELD: textile.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to garment industry, in particular to methods for processing structural units of sewing articles of the dress and blouse range, in particular, to processing of internal (soup or concealed) fasteners, and can be used in production of articles of said range, mainly from thin, transparent and highly shedding textile materials. In the method implementation, on the right part, on the side of the bead side, on the side of the bead edge, an allowance is made with marking by means of five vertical lines placed parallel to the cut at equal distance from each other, equal to the width of the fastener in the ready form, wherein the first marking line is marked to the left of the semi-product line at a distance equal to half the width of the fastener in the finished form, folding from the wrong side two right extreme edges and two adjacent allowance strips adjacent to the semi-rolling line, bending them along the corresponding marking lines and pressing to produce a double-folded one-piece folded plank, external bend is made of whole-cut double-folded plank, formed of two extreme straps on the right, along right-side line to half-billet line of allowance marking line, vertical loops are stitched thereon, and a half-folded plank formed from two semi-zones of allowance strips, which are half-buried, is stitched along its base; after making the loops, it is bent to the right and pressed. On the left part, on the side of the bead edge, the allowance is made with marking by vertical lines, the first of which is applied to the right side of the half-slit line at a distance equal to half the width of the fastener in the finished form, parallel to the bead edge, remaining three lines are applied to the left of the first one at equal distance from each other, equal to the width of the fastener in the finished form, breaking the rightmost allowance strip along the marking line to the wrong side and pressing, after that, internal fold of the formed whole-shot allowance is made on the left part of the gear and sutures are sewn.

EFFECT: technical result is improved operational characteristics of garment products of the blouses-assortment range, made of thin, transparent and heavily crumbling fabrics, due to increased durability and wear resistance of the treated inner buckle and improved convenience of using this fastener, due to design of the input to it from the right side, while improving the aesthetic perception of the obtained articles.
