Device comprises: laser radiation source (5) for laser beam (6) emission to locally selected target area (7) by continuous change of laser beam output direction and displacement of contour (8) forming target area (7). Deflecting optics (9) located at a distance from the laser radiation source (5). In target region (7) of the laser radiation source (5) for deflecting laser beam (6) and for projecting target area (7) formed by contour (8) on hearth plate (3) to be cleaned in projection direction (10). Deflecting optics (9) comprises a device for controlling the change in direction (10) of the projection and direction of the output of laser beam (6).

EFFECT: technical result achieved when using the device according to the invention is to perform cleaning at the angle of opening of hearth plates corresponding to the opening angle during the standard process and to provide effective cleaning of hard-to-access surfaces for baking.
