FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machining attachments intended for coating wood-shaving plates in a heated hydraulic press. Mold is made in the form of tray (1) made from high-temperature resistant PEEK polyether ketone-based plastic. Surface (2) of the mold is structured or smooth and has a different degree of luster. At that, PEEK polyether-ether ketone is added with at least 10–50° carbon fiber or graphite powder.
EFFECT: result is reduction of weight of mold, which simplifies its fixation in hydraulic press and eliminates sag.
