FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of the press metallic spacer surface structure, endless belt or calendar roll with the help of one laser. Production of the press metallic spacer surface structure, endless belt or cylindrical embossing calendar with the help of at least one laser comprises the preparation and application of digitised data of 3D-topography of simulated surface structure. Said digitised data are used for placing of at least one laser in the plane described by coordinates x and y. Z axis is used for focusing of at least one laser beam, where z defines the 3D-topography vertically from top to structure surface. Partial removal of the surface is performed with the help of at least one laser for reproduction of the selected surface structure.
EFFECT: new non-polluting processing technology.
