SUBSTANCE: invention relates to N,N'-bis(3-aminopropyl)butane-1,4-diamino derivatives of fusidic acid of formula (1) and (2): (2Z)-2-((3β,4α,8α,11α,14β,16β)-16-(acetyloxy)-3-{[3-({4-[(3-aminopropyl)amino]butyl}amino)propyl]amino}-11-hydroxy-4,8,10,14-tetramethylgonane-17-ylidene)-6-methylhept-5-enoic acid (1) and methyl (2Z)-2-((3β,4α,8α,11α,14β,16β)-16-(acetyloxy)-3-{[3-({4-[(3-aminopropyl)amino]butyl}amino)propyl]amino}-11-hydroxy-4,8,10,14-tetramethylgonane-17-ylidene)-6-methylhept-5-enoate (2). Invention also relates to use of N,N'-bis(3-aminopropyl)butane-1,4-diamino derivatives of fusidic acid.
EFFECT: obtaining novel compounds exhibiting antimicrobial activity against strains of gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and pathogenic fungal cultures Cryptococcus neoformans.
