SUBSTANCE: invention relates to use of fucidic acid amine derivatives of formula (1) - (4): (2Z)-2-[(3β,4α,8α,11α,14β,16β)-16-(acetyloxy)-11-hydroxy-4,8,10,14-tetramethyl-3-pyrrolidin-1-ylgonan-17-ylidene]-6-methylhept-5-enoic acid (1), (2Z)-2-[(3β,4α,8α,11α,14β,16β)-16-(acetyloxy)-3-(butylamino)-11-hydroxy-4,8,10,14-tetramethylgonane-17-ylidene]-6-methylhept-5-enoic acid (2), methyl (2Z)-2-[(3β,4α,8α,14β,16β)-16-(acetyloxy)-4,8,10,14-tetramethyl-11-oxo-3-pyrrolidin-1-ylgonan-17-ylidene]-6-methylhept-5-enoate (3) and methyl (2Z)-2-{(3β,4α,8α,11α,14β,16β)-16-(acetyloxy)-3-[(2-aminoethyl)amino]-11-hydroxy-4,8,10,14-tetramethylgonane-17-ylidene}-6-methylhept-5-enoate (4) as agents exhibiting high anti-tumour activity in vitro with respect to 4 leukaemia cell lines: HL-60, K-562, MOLT-4 and SR.
EFFECT: technical result: use of fucidic acid amine derivatives of formula (1)–(4), having high anti-tumour activity in vitro with respect to 4 leukaemia cell lines: HL-60, K-562, MOLT-4 and SR, inhibiting their growth from 70 % to complete death of cancer cells.
