SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method and an OCT (optical coherence tomography) system comprising an OCT light source and an OCT computing unit. Disclosed optical coherence tomography (OCT) system comprises OCT light source, OCT computation unit, first OCT light guide, OCT second light guide and switching module. Light from the light radiation source passes through the switching module, wherein the light beam OCT is transmitted to the input end of the first light guide OCT, when the switching module is in its first state, and when the switching module is in its second state, the light beam OCT is transmitted to the input end of the second OCT light guide. Between the switching module and the object plane there is a scanning device associated with the first OCT light guide. Wherein the path of the OCT bundle of the first light guide OCT is introduced into the trajectory of the surgical microscope, and the path of the OCT bundle of the second OCT light guide is inserted into the trajectory of the endoscope bundle, the surgical instrument or the OCP tip.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of fast and simple obtaining of different units of OCT (optical coherent tomography) information.
