SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. An optical surgical probe comprises a tip, a light guide inside the tip and a multiple-point generator on a distal end of the tip. The tip is configured to be optically connected to a light source. The light guide is configured to transport a light beam from the light source to the distal end of the tip. A multiple-point generator comprises a faceted optical element with a faceted end face spaced from the distal end of the light guide. The faceted end face comprises at least one facet inclined to a portion of the light beam.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables forming a number of points on the target region.
