SUBSTANCE: invention represents a set of synthetic oligonucleotide primers for identification of "886-84-like" strains of tick-borne encephalitis virus, wherein primers have sequences SEQ ID NO: 1-48.

EFFECT: invention can be used for identification of "886-84-like" strains of tick-borne encephalitis virus by amplification and subsequent sequencing of genome of tick-borne encephalitis virus in both pure cultures, and in "mix" strains of TBE virus.
