SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology and virology. Disclosed is a recombinant turkey herpes virus (HVT) genome encoding and expressing an antigenic polypeptide of a pathogenic agent, wherein said genome contains one or more nucleotide sequences coding one or more heterologous antigens inserted into intergenic loci UL 35/UL 36 in a unique long (UL) region of the HVT genome. Disclosed is a recombinant turkey herpes virus (HVT) genome encoding and expressing an antigenic polypeptide of a pathogenic agent, wherein said genome contains one or more nucleotide sequences coding one or more heterologous antigens inserted into intergenic loci UL 35/UL 36 in a unique long region of the HVT genome and one or more nucleotide sequences coding one or more heterologous antigens inserted into the UL55/gene 3 site of the unique long region (UL) of the HVT genome. Disclosed are: recovered DNA coding recombinant HVT gene; immunogenic composition; vaccine composition; method of poultry vaccination for treating or preventing Marek's disease and one or more poultry diseases caused by one or more poultry pathogens, and a method for inducing an immune response in an animal bird to a Marek disease virus and one or more avian pathogens.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain vaccines for providing immunity to several pathogens simultaneously.
