FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method of producing low-sulphur diesel fuel, which consists in conversion of a mixture of secondary diesel fractions with high content of sulphur with straight-run diesel fractions at high pressure and heating in a stream of hydrogen-containing gas in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst containing the following, wt. %: Mo – 10.0–16.0; Co – 2.7–4.5; P – 0.8–1.8; S – 6.7–10.8; carrier is balance; wherein the support contains, wt. %: aluminium borate Al3BO6 with a norbergite structure - 5.0–25.0; γ-Al2O3 is rest; wherein used catalyst has specific surface area of 120–190 m2/g, pore volume of 0.35–0.65 cm3/g, average pore diameter of 7–12 nm and represents particles with cross section, trefoil or quadrifoil with diameter of 1.0–1.6 mm and circumference of 20 mm length, at a temperature not higher than 340 °C, a pressure of not more than 7.0 MPa; mass flow rate of raw material is not less than 1.0 h-1, volume ratio of hydrogen/raw material is not more than 500 m3/m3, characterized by that the secondary diesel fractions contained in the composite feedstock used are diesel fractions with an end boiling point of up to 360 °C, obtained by rectification of semi-synthetic oil, which is a product of catalytic steam cracking of heavy oil material, which can be natural, for example, heavy oil, or man-made, for example tar.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining fuel with sulphur content of less than 10 ppm.
