SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a refiner of a glass melting unit for thermal recycling of glass melt containing bubbles, a glass melting unit, method of thermal secondary processing of surface glassy melt. Refiner of glass melting unit for thermal re-treatment of glass melt containing bubbles for glass fiber production includes bath for glass melt, which flows through bath in direction of supply between front end and outlet on rear end. Bath includes a bottom, two side walls parallel to the supply direction and a covering located above the side walls, which closes the bath from the top. Bath bottom is provided with a barrier extending in the main direction in the form of a bottom elevation. Barrier in the front zone forms bath clamping on each side. Width of each pinch is perpendicular to direction of supply is maximum 0.45 of bath width, preferably maximum 0.4 of width of bath. There is one first traditional heating device, which is located in superstructure and/or in side wall and heats glass melt from above. In each side wall and/or in bath bottom in zone of each clamping one second electric heating device is installed, which enters into glass melt and heats it. Apparatus for melting glass includes said refiner. Method for thermal secondary processing of surface glass melt includes the above refiner.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of glass malleability.
