FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing α,ω-di-(spiro[adamantane-2,3'-[1,2,4,5,7]tetraoxazocane]-7'-yl)alkanes, which involves reacting α,ω-alkanediamines(1,7-heptanediamine, 1,8-octanediamine and 1,10-decanediamine) with formaldehyde and 2,2-dihydroperoxyadamantane in the presence of catalytic amounts of LaCl3⋅7H2O at room temperature and atmospheric pressure for 4–6 hours. Yield of α,ω-di-(spiro[adamantane-2,3'-[1,2,4,5,7]tetraoxazocane]-7'-yl)alkanes (1) is 85–90 %.
EFFECT: obtained compounds can be used as preparations possessing antimalarial, anticancer and anthelmintic activity.
