FIELD: communication technologies.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to communication technologies and, more specifically, to a method and equipment for determining a time domain resource used for a non-grant (without granting permission) transmission. A method for determining a time domain resource used for a non-grant transmission is proposed. The method contains a stage, at which a terminal device receives configuration information of a non-grant transmission resource. Configuration information contains: a parameter of allocation of the time domain resource, a parameter of offset of the time domain resource and a period of the time domain of the non-grant transmission resource. The parameter of allocation of the time domain resource is used to indicate OFDM symbol index in a slot, in which the first non-grant transmission resource is located, and the parameter of offset of the time domain resource is used to indicate an index of a slot, in which the first non-grant transmission resource is located. Further, according to the method, the location of the time domain of the non-grant transmission resource is determined based on OFDM symbol index in the slot, in which the first non-grant transmission resource is located, the index of the slot, in which the first non-grant transmission resource is located, and a period of the time domain of the non-grant transmission resource.

EFFECT: providing that non-grant transmission resources configured for a terminal device in two neighboring periods are not overlapped.
