SUBSTANCE: device (10) for object visualization (30) comprises: support unit (11) and processing unit (12), wherein provision unit (11) is configured to output data on position and orientation of object (30), subject to visualization, wherein provision unit (11) is further adapted to transmit an anatomical model of object (30) having one or more anatomical landmarks, and outputting data on position and orientation of object by combining anatomical model and one or more anatomical landmarks, wherein provision unit (11) is further configured to output position and orientation data of imaging unit (20), corrected for further visualization of region of object (30) to be rendered, wherein processing unit (12) is further configured to combine position and orientation data of object (30) and position and orientation data of positioning unit (20) for determining an area, subject to further visualization, and wherein processing unit (12) is further configured to set at least one rendering parameter of imaging unit (20) based on a determined region to be further rendered, characterized by that the anatomical model is pre-selected from a group of anatomical models based on the previous image of the region to be further imaged. Object imaging system (1) (1) comprises: visualization unit (20) and object visualization device (10), wherein at least one visualization parameter of visualization unit (20) is based on the region determined by imaging device (10) to be further rendered. Method of visualizing object (30), comprising the following steps: a) outputting data on position and orientation of object (30) to be rendered, b) preliminary selection of an anatomical model from a group of anatomical models based on a previous image of the region to be further rendered, wherein such anatomical model has one or more anatomical landmarks, c) outputting data on the position and orientation of the object by combining an anatomical model and one or more anatomical landmarks, d) outputting position and orientation data of imaging unit (20) corrected for further visualization of said region, e) combining position and orientation data of object (30) and position and orientation data of imaging unit (20) to determine an area to be further rendered, and f) setting at least one visualization parameter of visualization unit (20) based on the determined region to be further rendered. Computer-readable medium for controlling a device or system for imaging an object, configured to store a computer program element thereon for controlling a device or system by a processing unit for executing method steps.
EFFECT: technical result of the disclosed invention is improved image processing.
