FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-road transport equipment and can be used as wheelchair propulsor for overcoming stair flights of common use. Auger propulsor comprises body with screw flange on cylindrical surface, is equipped with drive and rotary head. Body of the propulsor is a semi-cylinder, on the cylindrical surface of which there are screw grooves buried in the body for a system of rotatable spring-screw flanges with group-drive springs mounted on a plane in which the axis of symmetry of the semi-cylinder lies.
EFFECT: it is possible to expand the functionality of the screw propeller when moving on solid surfaces with obstacles.
