SUBSTANCE: there are presented methods for producing a polypeptide which specifically binds to staphylococcus protein A and does not bind to human FcRn containing four polypeptides.
EFFECT: disclosed invention can find further application in producing polypeptides with reduced clearance and longer half-life.
