FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for making an implant for treating bone comprises a first step in which there are initial 3D data of a bone or portion of a bone of a specific patient to be treated, wherein the area to be treated, is located inside the bone or bone portion, the second step of including 3D data of the control patient, which was selected in accordance with predetermined criteria, wherein 3D data of the control patient included correspond to the bone or bone portion with the portion to be treated, and include 3D data of various specific patients by formatting an average value and/or using a statistical model, and a third and recovery step for supplementing or completing 3D data, combined with data obtained at the first stage and the second stage, to restore the area to be treated. Further, the implant workpiece, designed with the help of standard average values, stored in a database and is tied to a statistical model using design points and automatically placed in a previously reconstructed section to be treated, and where the implant-oriented bone-facing surface is subsequently adapted.
EFFECT: technical result of the declared invention consists in improvement of adaptation of the device for bone treatment to specific patients.
