Separating each at least one control channel configured to carry a descending control signal to at least one control channel element, and converting at least one control channel element into a resource area for transmission. At least one control channel element of the first control channel in at least one control channel is converted into all OFDM symbols in the same physical resource block (PRB) in the resource area.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is higher efficiency of using the system by dividing the control signal into several parts and converting them into different resources in the resource area.
