FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of paraffin oil via pipeline system of an oil producing enterprise. Method of quantitative diagnostics of sediments in pipeline consists in arrangement of movement in pipeline of separator of liquids and fixation of pressure at beginning and end of pipeline along pressure sensors placed in these points. Liquid separator used is a high-viscosity liquid of such volume, which enables the pressure sensors to fix the passage of said liquid by pressure increase to the required value. Time of passage of high-viscosity liquid through the pipeline is evaluated by points of the graph of pressure variation in the zone of sensors at the time of observation, in which pressure increases due to occurrence of high-viscosity liquid in the zone of pressure sensors. Required volume of high-viscosity liquid in pipeline is calculated by certain mathematical expression, which depends on inner diameter of clean pipeline, increasing pressure on pressure sensors after passage of their zone with high-viscosity liquid, rate of high-viscosity fluid movement through pipeline, medium density of liquid in pipeline, hydraulic resistance coefficients at movement of pipeline and high-viscosity fluids.
EFFECT: technical result consists in application of materials accessible in borehole conditions, in acceleration of diagnostics of internal state of field pipelines and more effective application of solvents of deposits.
