FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: plant includes vertically arranged cylindrical shielding body, on upper perforated base of which there is a receiving branch pipe, and on lower – unloading. Steppedly arranged combined resonators are installed coaxially inside the casing, each of which consists of non-ferromagnetic semi-sphere installed above large open base of truncated non-ferromagnetic cone so that there is an adjustable annular gap between them. Edges of the large base of each non-ferromagnetic truncated cone are attached to the inner surface of the cone, and the angle at the vertex of the cone of each next tier is greater than the previous one. Heat-resistant dielectric truncated cone with open bases is installed inside the non-ferromagnetic truncated cone, coaxially, with contact with the side surface. At the level of the large open base of each non-ferromagnetic truncated cone in the housing there are magnetrons with shift of 120° so that the radiators are directed inside the cone. On the small open base of each truncated non-ferromagnetic cone the crossbeams are installed for suspension of non-ferromagnetic hemisphere of the next tier with the chain.

EFFECT: apparatus provides heat treatment of ground meat raw material.
