SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to microwave equipment, and can be used for dehydration and thermal treatment of non-food wastes produced during processing of livestock, poultry, rabbits and other animals. Wastes from processing of animals of all types include: non-food shears, by-products, blood, etc. Ultrahigh-frequency plant includes screen resonator 3 in the form of a truncated cone without bases, which is installed coaxially inside a vertically arranged conical shielding housing 1. Inside the sieve resonator there is coaxially installed dielectric rotor 4 in the form of a truncated cone, coated with a fine-grained abrasive material. Rotor shaft 5 passes through lower base of conical screening housing 1, containing unloading 6 and drain 7 branch pipes in the form of out-of-limit waveguides. A receiving branch pipe 8 in the form of an out-of-limit waveguide is docked to the open top base of sieve resonator 3 with diameter smaller than its critical cross-section. Gap between side surfaces of dielectric rotor 4 and screen resonator 3 is not more than two depths of wave penetration, and drain branch pipe 7 is located between screening housing and sieve resonator. Magnetrons 2 are installed along perimeter of side surface of screening housing with shift by 120 degrees in area of lower base of sieve resonator so that radiators are directed inside resonator.

EFFECT: combining of dehydration processes of milled meat wastes, fine grinding and heat treatment of solid phase.
