SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device (501) for receiving and relaying electromagnetic signals. Device (501) is configured to be attached to structural component (90). Device (501) comprises electromagnetically floating group (502) of resonance sections (503), to form a path guiding propagation of electromagnetic energy of electromagnetic signals from one side of structural component (90) to its other side. Electromagnetically floating group (502) of resonance sections (503) comprises at least first resonance section (503') and second resonance section (503''), located in near field of adjacent to it first resonant electroconductive section (503') and shifted relative to it along signal propagation path.
EFFECT: invention also relates to a method of receiving and relaying electromagnetic signals by means of device (501) according to the invention, which is attached to structural component (90).
