FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of making a coating, in particular, two-layer, from rubber crumbs, which can be used for pavements, children's, sports and other sites, as well as in the form of facing material. Method of coating production includes preparation of mixture for lower layer of coating by mixing of filler from rubber crumbs and binder, unloading to the bottom section of heated mould of prepared mixture and laying of sheet material onto unloaded mixture, subsequent compaction of mixture and holding of filled mould during 5÷14 minutes at temperature 148÷152 °C of inner surface of bottom section of mould and temperature 138÷142 °C of lower surface of upper mould heater.
EFFECT: technical result is improved reliability and durability of resilient coating.
