SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention represents a complex biological insecticide preparation for gypsy moth larvae (GML) Lymantria dispar, which are a dangerous pest of forest and agricultural crops and can be used in microbiological industry, biotechnology, agriculture and forestry. Complex biological insecticide preparation contains Bacillus thuringiensis bacteria, nuclear polyhedrosis virus, target additives and water. As bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis it contains Bacillus thuringiensis, var. kurstaki with titre of not less than 1.0 × 1010 spores/ml, as a nuclear polyhedrosis virus - strain NSh-07 of gypsy nuclear polyhedrosis virus Lymantria dispar L. with a titre of not less than 2 × 109 polyhedrons/ml, and as target additives it contains glycerin, antioxidant and bacteria spore stabilizer, at following quantitative content of components, wt. %: strain NSh-07 of gadolperd nuclear polyhedrosis virus with titre of not less than 2 × 109 polyhedrons/ml 0.4–4.0; bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki with titre of not less than 1.0 × 1010 spore / ml 12.0–40.0; glycerine 46.0–52.0; antioxidant 1.5–2.0; bacterial spore stabilizer 0.4–0.6; water (balance) up to 100 %.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively control the number of gypsy moth with significantly lower consumption of bioadhesives compared to monopreparations.
