FIELD: crushing or grinding of various materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding fruits and vegetables. Proposed grinder comprises supports, cylindrical housing, loading hopper, vibrator-shaker, dispenser with flap valve in lower neck, centrifugal rotor with guide tubes, electric motor, protective casing, reflectors, container for grinding milled product, replaceable knife walls with knives. Loading hopper is additionally equipped with a replaceable sieve installed at an inclination towards the hole for output of non-standard fruit-and-vegetable products, which is made in the wall of the loading hopper with possibility of shutting off the shutter. Replaceable sieve is fastened by a fixator on a loading bunker, to which a sloping board is connected by means of suspension, which provides supply of non-standard fruit-and-vine products to an additional bin. Guide tubes are replaceable, at that diameter of flow section of each guide pipe corresponds to size of replaceable sieve cells.

EFFECT: crusher is characterized by high technological reliability.
