SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to devices for grinding fruits and vegetables. Device for grinding comprises a bed, a housing with a grinding chamber equipped with a knife wall, installed with possibility of movement inside the housing along guides, shearing support, unloading window, loading neck and motor-reducer with drive shaft connected with crank-and-rod mechanism. On the stand on the opposite side of the motor-reducer in symmetry with the axis of the drive shaft there is additionally installed the second housing with the grinding chamber and the second loading neck. Both loading necks are made together with additionally installed loading bunker, and each knife wall is fixed on the ring connected to the guide. Guide has the possibility of moving together with blade wall and ring inside housing and is made in form of cylinder with cutout from below. Width of cutout is equal to width of discharge opening.

EFFECT: device for grinding ensures reduction of energy costs for milling fruit-and-vegetable products.
