FIELD: fruit and vegetable products grinders.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinders of fruit and vegetable products, which can be used in agriculture. The grinder contains a frame 1, two housings 2 with grinding chambers 3, a knife wall 4 installed inside the housing 2 with the ability to move along the guides 5, a counter support 6, an unloading window 7, a loading mouth 8, a geared motor 9 with a drive shaft connected to crank mechanism, and a hopper 12. Each knife wall consists of two interconnected parts. One part 13 of the knife wall 4 is removable and installed from the side of the shear support 6, its knives are placed perpendicular to the knives of the second part 14 of the knife wall 4. In addition, the shear supports 6 are made with cutouts, the direction of which corresponds to the direction of installation of the knives of both parts 13, 14 of the knife wall 4, and each connecting rod 19 of the crank mechanism is made detachable and equipped with an insert 20 with a length equal to the thickness of the removable part of the knife wall.

EFFECT: grinder ensures the production of grinded fruits and vegetables in the form of slices or bars.
