SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biology and medicine. Disclosed is a modified particle for identifying an extracellular vesicle contained in a biological fluid sample having an affinity for at least one marker present in the extracellular vesicle, and consisting of a core of silicon dioxide, gold particles sorbed on the surface of the core, and guiding darpins immobilized on gold particles, and having an affinity for at least one marker present in the extracellular vesicle. Also disclosed are use of said modified particles and a method for identifying extracellular vesicles.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher sensitivity and specificity of detecting exosomal markers.
