SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a probiotic composition for preventing inflammatory bowel disease and functional intestinal disorders and to eliminate their symptoms, as well as to enhance overall nonspecific body resistance. Composition is presented in the form of capsule containing 0.04 to 0.1 g of dry bacterial mass containing probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus lactobacilli and probiotic bifidobacteria Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium infantis, as well as nutriceutically acceptable auxiliary components, including microcrystalline cellulose and a nutraceutically acceptable stearic acid salt in amount of 0.002 to 0.004 g, selected from calcium stearate and magnesium stearate, wherein the content of each of the species of probiotic lactobacilli and bifidobacteria is not less than 1x108 colony forming units (CFU) per 1 g of dry bacterial mass. Group of inventions also relates to a method of producing said composition.
EFFECT: group of inventions widens the range of probiotic compositions based on probiotic lacto- and bifidobacteria, intended for prevention of inflammatory intestinal disease and functional intestinal disorders, as well as obtaining a probiotic composition with a long storage life and preserving the vitality and useful properties of the probiotic microorganisms contained in the composition during the entire storage life of the composition.
