SUBSTANCE: present invention disclosure relates to absorbent article (1) comprising main part (2) having liquid-permeable topsheet (3), liquid-impermeable backsheet (4) and absorbent core (5) disposed between said topsheet (3) and said backsheet (4), wherein said main part (2) is located along longitudinal axis (Y1) and transverse axis (X1) passing in perpendicular direction with respect to longitudinal axis (Y1), wherein in said main part (2) front part (6) is formed, rear part (7) and crotch part (8), wherein said article (1) comprises first wing (9) and second wing (10) extending outwardly from said perineal portion (8) of main part (2) in opposite directions asymmetrically relative to longitudinal axis (Y1) and substantially along said transverse axes (X1), wherein said wings (9, 10) are provided with fastening means (11, 12) configured to attach said wings (9, 10) to the garment when folded relative to said main part (2) and towards said longitudinal axis (Y1). Each wing (9, 10) is formed with outer edge (14), which forms at least one circle arc (30) coinciding with section (31) of outer edge (14) and having a predetermined radius (r), wherein said portion (31) extending between first point (29) on outer edge (14) and second point (32) along said outer edge (14), where said arc (30) no longer matches with said outer edge (14), wherein said radius (r) is in range of 40–500 mm.
