METHOD OF PRODUCING CERAMIC SAMPLE BASED ON β-TRICALCIUM PHOSPHATE USING STEREOLITHOGRAPHY TECHNIQUE FOR RECOVERING BONE TISSUE Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC C04B35/447 C04B35/64 B33Y10/00

Abstract RU 2729761 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly bioceramic materials intended for making bone implants and/or defect replacement in various bone pathologies. Mixture of powders β-TCF and 2–6 wt. % lithium carbonate is calcined at 400–700 °C, ground and mixed with photopolymer. Samples are printed using 3D printer by stereolithography under ultraviolet radiation. Ceramic sample shape, porosity and pore size are set at the sample printing stage. Printed sample is annealed step-by-step with intermediate exposures. Due to use of lithium carbonate additive - samples are sintered at low temperature of 850–900 °C and have a fine crystal structure of 0.8–1.0 mcm.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is obtaining ceramic samples based on β-tricalium phosphate with total porosity of up to 80 %, pore size of 300–800 mcm with low sintering temperature.
