Method comprises: determining, by a terminal device, at least one signal indicating a target intermittent reception (DRX) among a plurality of DRX indication signals or a position of a frequency-time resource occupied by at least one indication signal of the target DRX, wherein at least one target DRX indication signal is used to return a command to the terminal device to perform a target action in one DRX cycle after receiving at least one target DRX indication signal; detection by a terminal device of a DRX indication signal sent by a network device, according to at least one indication signal of target DRX or position of frequency-time resource occupied by at least one indication signal of target DRX.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to reduce power consumption of the terminal device.
