SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Video signal encoding device, which comprises segment extension unit configured to generate first segment area of reference frame and determine pixel value for expansion pixel based on pixel value of second segment of reference frame; and an external predictive coding unit configured to select a reference block among a plurality of reference unit candidates and encode pixel values of the video coding unit of the first segment of the current frame based on pixel values of the video coding unit and pixel values of the selected reference block; wherein for each expansion pixel segment expansion unit is configured to determine the pixel value of expansion based on the pixel value of the second segment of the reference frame by displaying the pixel of the second segment of the reference frame on the first image plane, in which mapping is realized by projecting a pixel of the second segment of the reference frame to a point in three-dimensional space, and in which the point in three-dimensional space lies on the beam passing through the centre of the camera.

EFFECT: technical result consists in compensation of geometrical distortion during image processing.
