SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents aspartokinase, where the amino acid at position 377 in the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 is replaced with L-lysine or L-methionine. Invention also relates to a microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium producing an L-amino acid derived from aspartate, or a derivative of said amino acid containing the declared aspartokinase.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain L-amino acids of aspartate origin with high efficiency.
