FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to electric power system (300) of wind-driven plant designed to minimize power losses. Power plant (300) comprises generator (118) with stator (120) and rotor (122), power converter (210) electrically connected to generator (118), main transformer (234) electrically connected to power converter (210) and electric network (304), and auxiliary transformer (302). More specifically, main transformer (234) is connected to electric network (304) by means of line (306) of voltage supply containing voltage switch (308). Thus, additional transformer (302) is connected directly to line (306) of voltage supply instead of its connection to electric network (304) through main transformer (234).

EFFECT: system and method of wind installation operation are proposed.
