SUBSTANCE: claimed technical solution relates to stop pavilions and complexes equipped with various functions. Multifunctional public transport stop system control system includes a relay equipped with a control unit, power supply unit and lighting and indication unit including lighting lamps and indication means. System further comprises a video surveillance system provided with at least one video camera and connected to a control unit. Control unit is connected to remote control service by means of retransmitter and is configured to perform analysis of image received from video camera of video surveillance system, in order to establish fact of emergency situation and to generate control signals based on said analysis to remote control service and/or to lighting and indication unit for warning about availability of emergency situation. Color of illumination lamps and/or means of indicating lighting and indication unit can be changed based on said control signal coming from control unit.

EFFECT: invention widens the functional capabilities of the stopping system, including to increase passenger safety due to use of on-line information and response to environment.
